1. CONSTIPATION
    • Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
    • Eat high-fiber foods (bran, whole grains, fresh fruits, raw vegetables, beans and peas).
    • Exercise daily.
    • Add prune juice or prunes to your diet.  They contain a natural laxative.
    • Do no take laxatives unless prescribed by your doctor.
  2. HEARTBURN
    • Eat smaller, more frequent meals with only small amounts of fluid.
    • Wear comfortable clothes.
    • Limit spicy. fatty foods.
    • Contact your doctor about the use of antacids.
    • Eat Slowly.

    • Wear comfortable shoes.
    • Become more physically active.
    • Drink more water.
    • Use salt to taste.  Severe salt restriction is not recommended.
    • Elevate feet whenever possible.
  5. HEMMORRHOIDS
    • Avoid constipation.
    • Drink plenty of liquids.
    • Limit spicy. fatty foods.
